Adding a lip scrub to your beauty routine is the perfect way to get a lipstick ready pout. Every now and then my lips get super chapped. When Lip balm won’t do the trick, I’m in need of the awesome exfoliating powers of a DIY lip scrub.
Making my own products gives me the opportunity to choose what goes in them. The organic sugar has wonderful exfoliating properties; it will sluff off dry skin leaving you with soft and peel free lips. Hydrating ingredients like honey and virgin coconut oil nourish lips, while the hibiscus adds a wonderful smell. It’s like a spa day for just your lips. This simple scrub comes together in less than 10 minutes and is sure to reveal a super smooth and healthy smile!
